Quality is our No. 1 ingredient. That’s why our Pav, Schezwan Vada Pav, and Chole-in-a-Pav toppings are crafted with fresh chutney drizzles and Amul butter — all made from ingredients raised without antibiotics and fed a pure vegetarian, grain-based diet with no animal by-products.
And to top it off, our Bites are made with 100% pure veg goodness.
Our Journey
From a Home Kitchen to Gurgaon’s Most Loved Snack Story
What began in 2023 as a small home-kitchen passion project quickly grew into a neighbourhood favourite. From packing our first Masaledar Dahi Sandwich to serving at melas, societies and pop-ups — every order, every smile and every repeat request pushed us forward.
By 2024, demand outgrew the four walls of the house. MAHSA Foods was set up as the backbone — building hygiene standards, SOPs and recipe systems designed for scale.
In March 2025, we moved into our first professional commercial cloud kitchen in DLF Phase 4, Gurgaon.
This is where things changed — fast. We earned two awards, built 40% recall & return rates, and realised we were crafting more than food; we were building loyalty.
By October 2025, we expanded again — this time to the streets — launching The Snack Stories by Neelam (SSBN) at Sector 46, HUDA Market.
Because our goal is simple:
To bring India’s most loved snacks to the streets —
affordable, hygienic, consistent and unforgettable.
Today, MAHSA Foods powers delivery, catering, corporate meals and our street outlet, all driven by the same intention we started with:

Before turning chef-extraordinaire, Neelam spent years in Bollywood PR and entertainment journalism (yes — nr2image.com is all her), feeding stars backstage and on-set with her famous chole bhature and dahi bhalle.
